4. Aviation coordination and Air-Dynamic
Selected private aviation enquiries may be coordinated through Air-Dynamic SA, Switzerland, or through other appropriate aviation providers.

- a Request a Flight form;
- Trip Planner;
- Pet Travel request;
- Empty Leg request;
- Route Alert;
- Contact form;
- event enquiry;
- hospitality enquiry;
- accommodation enquiry;
does not by itself create a confirmed booking.
A website submission is a request for information, assistance or availability.
No flight, accommodation, hospitality product, yacht, transport service, ticket or other travel service is confirmed until the relevant provider has expressly confirmed availability and all required booking conditions have been satisfied.
PrivateJetMatch does not guarantee that a suitable option will be available.
6. Quotes and availability
Any quotation, estimate, availability indication or travel option presented through PrivateJetMatch is subject to confirmation.

Affiliate relationships do not make PrivateJetMatch the seller or provider of the underlying product or service unless expressly stated otherwise.
The relevant third party’s own terms, cancellation policy, payment conditions and privacy policy apply.

- content;
- availability;

- security;
- products;
- services;
- terms.

24. Privacy and cookies
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy and consent-management tools.
These documents form part of the framework governing your use of PrivateJetMatch.
25. Availability of the website
We aim to keep PrivateJetMatch available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

- maintenance;
- hosting issues;
- technical failures;
- cybersecurity measures;
- third-party outages;
- updates;
- events outside our reasonable control.
We may modify or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.
26. Third-party service performance
PrivateJetMatch is not responsible for the independent performance of aircraft operators or other third-party providers.
Where a problem relates to an independently provided service, the relevant provider’s terms and applicable law normally govern responsibility for that service.
This does not affect any legal responsibility PrivateJetMatch may itself have for services that it directly agrees to provide.
27. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing is intended to exclude liability for:
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.
PrivateJetMatch is not liable for losses caused solely by the independent acts or omissions of third-party travel or aviation providers where PrivateJetMatch is not legally responsible for those acts.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrivateJetMatch will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses such as lost profits, lost business opportunities or business interruption arising from use of the website.
For consumers, nothing in these Terms limits liability for losses that are reasonably foreseeable and caused by our breach of obligations where applicable law gives the consumer a right to recover such losses.
Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
This balanced formulation is deliberate: consumer terms cannot simply remove statutory rights or impose unfair exclusions.
28. Events outside our reasonable control
PrivateJetMatch is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control.
Examples may include:
- severe weather;
- natural disasters;
- volcanic activity;
- strikes;
- airport closures;
- airspace restrictions;
- government measures;
- war or civil unrest;
- epidemics;
- infrastructure outages;
- provider cancellations;
- regulatory restrictions.
Where the affected service is provided by a third party, the provider’s terms determine the consequences of such events.
29. Consumer rights
These Terms are not intended to reduce rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.
If you are a consumer and the law of your country gives you protections that cannot contractually be excluded or reduced, those protections continue to apply.
This includes mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or other jurisdictions.
30. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, including when:
- PrivateJetMatch introduces new services;
- commercial arrangements change;
- technology changes;
- laws or regulations change;
- website functionality changes.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
31. Suspension or discontinuation
We may suspend or restrict access to PrivateJetMatch where reasonably necessary because of:
- security concerns;
- misuse;
- suspected fraud;
- unlawful activity;
- technical requirements;
- material breach of these Terms.
We may also discontinue individual website features.
Any existing confirmed booking remains subject to the terms of the relevant contracting provider.
32. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
If you are acting as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your habitual residence.
For business users and disputes not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the competent state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Consumers may retain the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where mandatory applicable law provides that right.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
34. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.
35. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any specific terms expressly presented for a particular PrivateJetMatch service, form the general agreement governing use of the website.
A confirmed third-party booking may also be governed by separate terms issued by the relevant provider.
